1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and the services of BuildStory Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services and Payment

We provide consulting, digital marketing, IT development, and PR services. The specific services to be provided, as well as the fees and payment schedule, will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

Unless otherwise specified in a formal agreement, all payments for productized services are due upfront, and retainer payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with past-due balances.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all fees due under a specific engagement, we grant you all right, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights, in and to the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, methodologies, and general knowledge used to create the deliverables.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BuildStory Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary access, and required assets so that we can perform the agreed-upon services. Delays on your end may result in corresponding delays to project timelines.
