Trackliy
All-in-One Project Management & Team Collaboration Platform

Overview
Trackliy is an all-in-one team collaboration platform designed to bring project management, communication, and meetings into a single workspace. Instead of teams switching constantly between separate tools for tasks, messages, and meetings, Trackliy combines Kanban boards, real-time chat, video calls, screen sharing, recordings, team management, and workspaces. The website has two responsibilities: explain the product quickly and demonstrate enough of the interface to make the platform feel tangible.
The Challenge
Modern teams often build their workflows across multiple platforms — tasks in one application, conversations in another, and meetings somewhere else. This creates context switching and fragments information across different tools. Trackliy needed a website capable of communicating its core value proposition almost instantly (Tasks + Chat + Calls — in one workspace) while explaining a relatively large feature set without becoming a long technical specification.
Impact
The Approach
The website follows a product-led SaaS structure. Rather than relying entirely on text, product interfaces are integrated directly into the visual storytelling. The experience moves through: Value Proposition → Product Preview → Features → Workflow → Security → Detailed Capabilities → Social Proof → Pricing → FAQ → CTA. This allows users to understand both the idea behind Trackliy and how the product actually works.
Visual Direction
Trackliy uses a modern SaaS design language built around clean typography, product UI previews, cards, dashboards, subtle motion, structured spacing, and strong visual hierarchy. Product interfaces become part of the website's visual identity — instead of decorating the page with unrelated imagery, the design repeatedly shows boards, conversations, meetings, recordings, and dashboards. This makes the product itself the hero.
What We Did
- ✛Product-led SaaS website with UI previews integrated into visual storytelling
- ✛Hero with immediate value proposition: Tasks + Chat + Calls in one workspace
- ✛Feature sections for Visual Task Management, Real-Time Chat, HD Meetings, and Call Recordings
- ✛Interactive dashboard and product interface mockups throughout the page
- ✛Pricing architecture with free, Pro, and Business tiers
- ✛Social proof and FAQ sections to support conversion
- ✛Isolated team workspaces and role-based permissions presentation
Core Product Experience
The website highlights four major capabilities. Visual Task Management provides drag-and-drop Kanban boards with priorities, labels, due dates, checklists, attachments, and activity tracking. Real-Time Chat keeps direct messages, group conversations, file sharing, typing indicators, reactions, and threaded discussions inside the workspace. HD Meetings bring video and audio calls, group meetings, screen sharing, and active-speaker experiences into the platform. Call Recordings allow teams to save and revisit meetings without relying on another service.
Pricing Architecture
The pricing section creates a clear progression from individual users to growing teams and larger organisations. A free tier provides an accessible starting point, while Pro expands workspaces, boards, storage, video capabilities, and administrative features. Business targets organisations requiring greater scale, security, branding, and control — communicating that the product can grow alongside the team.
UX Strategy
How We Thought About It
The website uses a classic SaaS conversion funnel. Visitors first understand the problem, then see the product, explore capabilities, encounter social proof, compare plans, resolve questions through the FAQ, and finally reach another strong CTA. Multiple Start Free and trial-oriented actions reduce the distance between understanding the product and trying it.
The Result
What We Achieved
Trackliy's website turns a feature-heavy collaboration product into an understandable visual story. Instead of simply saying that the platform replaces multiple tools, the interface demonstrates how project boards, messaging, meetings and recordings can coexist. The final experience positions Trackliy around one simple idea: Less switching. More context. One workspace.
